In a word ladder, you start with one word and change it into another word, changing only one letter at a time. This one changes “word” (at the top) into “game” (at the bottom) in five steps. There are many possible solutions. In mine, each letter is represented by a different color. All the yellows, for example, represent the letter “W,” even though they are three different yellow print fabrics. The two medium green pieces are both “D.” I have written my solution on the back of the mounted artwork.
